The Best Housewares from The Inspired Home Show 2026
Standout Kitchen Innovations and Home Products I Absolutely Loved
Every year, the The Inspired Home Show brings together the most exciting brands in kitchenware, organization, and home innovation. Held in Chicago and hosted by the International Housewares Association, the show offers a first look at the products that will shape how we cook, host, and live at home in the coming year. My roots with this show go way back! I started working with the organization around 2017! So this was my 3rd time attending the show so I was excited to be back and to visit some of my favorite brands.

This show isn’t open to the public but I’m always happy to report back all the beautifully designed appliances, smart organization systems, and more. One thing I noticed right away was this growing trend: consumers wanting products that are safer, smarter, and designed to last!
Here are some of the best housewares I discovered at The Inspired Home Show 2026 and the ones I think will be shaping kitchens in 2027 and beyond.
1. Elle Decor’s Glass Air Fryer
One of the most talked-about appliances among us ambassadors at the show was the Elle 4-quart glass air fryer. It’s not only stunning on the counter but also reflects a growing demand from consumers for safer cooking materials like glass instead of traditional coated baskets.
The appliance combines elegant design with practical performance, proving that modern kitchen tools can be both beautiful and functional.

2. Nordic Ware’s 80th Anniversary Laurel Bundt Pan
Celebrating 80 years in business, Nordic Ware showcased the gorgeous Laurel Bundt pan. The intricate design creates a stunning cake presentation, making it perfect for holidays, celebrations, or everyday baking.
If you love heirloom-quality bakeware that lasts for decades, this piece was a true stand out for me because of the uniqueness and shape. I can see hosting girlies using this multiple times a year!

3. Prepara’s On-the-Go Berry and Salad Containers
The team at Prepara previewed a clever new berry jar designed for busy lifestyles. Simply add water to rinse your fruit, drain it, and enjoy it right from the container. It actually won an award a the GIA Gala that us ambassadors attended Tuesday evening and I can see why!
They also displayed a matching salad version with a built-in dressing dispenser that is perfect for lunches on the go. What I also love about these jars is that you can lay the jar on the side and eat the salad by opening up the side of the jar. So smart!!

4. Smart Labels QR Code Organization System
One of the most innovative ideas I saw came from Smart Labels, a company also nominated for an award at the GIA Gala.
Their QR code labeling system allows you to track what’s inside your storage containers using your phone. Whether organizing a pantry, garage, or business inventory, it’s a simple way to bring digital organization into your home.

5. Jura Z10 Cold Brew Coffee System
If you love great coffee at home, the Jura Z10 is worth all the attention it’s getting. We were just in aww of the beautful machines displayed at the show. While our home houses the S8 Jura model, this machine is high on my radar! Why??
Well because this machine brews an exceptional cold brew while also offering more than 30 specialty drinks!! Combined with its milk system and flavor options, it creates café-level coffee right from your kitchen. Ohh and the sample coffee they made on the floor was DELICIOUS!

6. Lotus Small Kitchen Appliances
A newer brand gaining major traction is Lotus, which has already landed shelf space at Williams Sonoma.
Their appliances feature a clean, elevated design aesthetic that feels both modern and timeless. It’s exciting to see new companies bringing thoughtful style to everyday kitchen tools. And that blueeeeee! Wow so beautiful.

4 Key Trends from The Inspired Home Show 2026
After walking the show floor and speaking with brands, a few clear trends emerged.
1. Safer Materials
Consumers are increasingly looking for glass, stainless steel, and non-toxic materials in their cooking tools. Almost every brand we talked to was concerned about have safe their materials were. It was really refreshing.
2. Smarter Organization
From QR labeling systems to modular storage, products that simplify home management are gaining popularity. I also loved seeing the viral mini totes in person! The manufactured Green Simple the maker of the famous yellow and black totes made the mini totes last year and they were so well received they are coming out with all clear ones along with a mini organizers. This is going to be great in the garage or office or anywhere you store mini things.
3. Elevated Everyday Appliances
Kitchen appliances are no longer just functional they’re becoming design pieces that enhance the aesthetic of the home. Color in appliances is now the norm. Consumers want products that are personal to them! I couldn’t agree more!
4. Coffee Culture at Home
High-end coffee automatic and espresso machines continue to grow in popularity as more people recreate café experiences in their own kitchens. It saves consumers so much money per year. Especially if you’re consuming coffee on a daily basis. If you consume a medium coffee from your favorite coffee shop 5-6x per week you’ll be spending around $1700-$2000 a year. Which is the cost of a really efficient coffee machine today!
