I have another pretty little mocktail for you today! This strawberry mojito mocktail is the perfect summer drink for non drinkers! It’s a fruity and refreshing and really easy to make!
All the Ingredients you’ll need:
- 5-6 fresh strawberries (sliced or diced)
- 1-2 fresh limes ( wedges and slices)
- Sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 can of key lime flavored sparkling water (12 oz)
- Ice cubes
How to Make a Strawberry Key Lime Mojito Mocktail Recipe
Instructions:
- Prepare Your Ingredients:
- Wash the strawberries under cold running water. Remove the stems and cut the strawberries into slices.
- Wash the limes thoroughly, pat them dry with a clean towel, and cut them into wedges for garnish if desired.
- Pick the mint leaves from the stems and give them a gentle rinse. Set aside.
- Muddle the Strawberries and Mint and Sugar
- In a sturdy glass or a cocktail shaker, add the strawberries, sugar (to taste) and fresh mint leaves.
- Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the strawberries, sugar and mint together to release their juices and flavors.
- Add Lime Juice:
- Squeeze the juice from one to two limes, depending on their size, into the glass with the muddled strawberries, sugar and mint.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Add Ice:
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour Key Lime Sparkling Water:
- Carefully pour the can of key lime flavored sparkling water into the glass over the ice and strawberry-lime mixture.
- Stir gently to mix all the ingredients together.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish your Strawberry Key Lime Mojito Mocktail with a slice of lime and fresh strawberries.
- Optionally, you can add a sprig of fresh mint for an extra pop of color and flavor
