There are so many recipes that my mom has given me and so many that I’ve developed and adapted over time. So baking for me has always been about looking back at memories and making new ones. To start, gather your ingredients. This recipe looks complicated but it’s actually really easy just make sure you have all the right stuff! Including the white stuff…haha! I always have songs in my head and “What’s in the middle? The white stuff!” is always in my head when I make Oreo anything. Ok okk let’s continue!

  • 1 pkg brownie mix ( prepare with package directions)
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Dash salt

Step By Step Instructions for Oreo Crumble Cheesecake Brownies

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package.
  2. SPOON into a 8×11 pan.
  3. BEAT cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  4. SPREAD onto the brownie batter, pressing lightly into batter.
  5. NEXT take 6-7 Oreos and break them apart over the cheesecake layer.
  6. BAKE 35-40 minutes or until centers are set and the cheesecake layer is slightly pulling from the sides. Cool. Cut and SERVE!

Delicious little brownies that are filled with a yummy oreo bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg brownie mix (prepare with package directions)
  • 6-7 Oreos (crumbled)
  • 1 (16oz) pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Dash salt

Instructions

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package.
  2. SPOON into a 8x11 pan.
  3. BEAT cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  4. SPREAD onto the brownie batter, pressing lightly into batter.
  5. NEXT take 6-7 Oreos and break them apart over the cheesecake layer.
  6. BAKE 35-40 minutes or until centers are set. Cool.

Notes

You can use a zip lock bag to break a part the oreos. For best results use a 8x11 pan.
