We’re all running around here getting ready for our annual vacation to the beach this week. Growing up, summer vacation usually meant a new wardrobe:0) Maybe it’s because I now know that kids grow like weeds and never seem to fit the clothing that once was a little to big for them a few seasons ago. The kids actually wear uniforms to school which keeps our clothing bill WAY down. So getting together a few essential pieces can be a great way to mix and match outfits during the summer and help keep the costs down. Now that I have three kids and endless laundry I crave ways to make my life a little easier. I think having a “wardrobe” instead of 6-7 different outfits and shoes and accessories could be a lot easier to manage. It almost acts like uniform:0) Sticking to a few colors, buying a pair of shoes or two and a few accessories can help you change it up! Anyone else have this way of thinking?
I love this selection from Gap. It’s almost like Old Navy and Gap are wardrobe focused:0) My Livy girl LOVES dresses. I only have one is this selection but the way she climbs and jumps off things I’m thinking the shorts and the shirts will be the most functional:0) How adorable is that bag?
